Following since 1981 of dedication to the families of South Louisiana, Royal David along with his wife, Liz, set out to provide not only continued service to their community, but also to their own family of six children. In 2013 brought the family to settle in Rocky Mount and through the purchase of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home continuing the long-standing tradition of families helping other families, as well as being the only family owned funeral home in Rocky Mount. Through exceptional service to the community and support from many families previously served, the David family acquired Rocky Mount Memorial Park and Johnson Funeral Home in March of 2016 bringing back the tradition of a family owned memorial park and funeral home to each as well.
